Return Policy

At Asxd13Collection, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted Balinese kebayas. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of shipment to ensure your complete satisfaction.

To qualify for return, items must be in pristine original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics, we cannot accept returns showing any signs of wear or alteration.

Return Process

  1. Contact our concierge service via WhatsApp at +62 811-1111-8516 to obtain a Return Authorization Number
  2. Repackage the kebaya securely in its original protective garment bag
  3. Ship to our atelier at:

Special Conditions for Kebayas

  • Custom Orders: Made-to-measure kebayas may only be returned if defective
  • Natural Variations: Slight imperfections in handwoven fabrics are inherent to traditional craftsmanship
  • Hand Embroidery: Minor irregularities in manual embroidery reflect authentic artisanal techniques
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of inner garments (kemben) or any kebaya that appears to have been worn to events.

Refund Protocol

Upon receipt and inspection (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For defective items or shipping errors, we cover return shipping costs. For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage.

Exchange Procedure

We recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order to ensure you receive our freshest inventory. This process typically results in faster service than traditional exchanges.
